We have a two-tier revenue model: 1. JobzLab earns a 25% markup of each bounty paid and 2. A monthly or discounted annual subscription based on how many “Selects” you choose to interview ranging from $199 to $575 per month. The Enterprise subscription will be negotiated.
JobzLab created “TAG” Talent Appraisal Grades ranging from A+ to F. Job Explorers who receive less than a B- on their TAG are not accepted on the platform.
No crazy high fees here! JobzLab receives 25% markup of the bounty total which is nominal compared to exorbitant recruiting fees.
